Love sharing your travel discoveries? If not only posting photos on facebook, you can send out your handmade postcards embellished with some local tiny treasures to make your cards more respresentative.

In this new bookbinding workshop, we will teach you two useful bookbinding methods to complete a postcard booklet for your travel.

With the coin envelopes bound inside, you can also bring along with you some stamps, diecuts, and the things you found interesting for decorating your postcards.

在這個工作坊裏，您可學習兩種不同手工書裝訂方法，以裝訂一本明信片簿子。將信封也裝訂入內，你便可將郵票、小裝飾或當地的一些有趣小物件也收藏好，令你的明信片更具特色!

Materials included 材料包括:Everything you need to bind a 10-postcard booklet including 6 scrapbook papers, 3 coin envelopes, some eyelets, ribbons. Special tools used include WRMK Twist Trimmer for perforating, bone folder for book binding and MakingMemories Instant Setter for setting eyelets on papers.
裝訂一本10張明信片薄子所需材料。 這包括6張 scrapbook papers 、3個4”x6”信封、一些圓孔眼和絲帶。 更可在課堂上使用 WRMK Twist Trimmer 、bone folder 和MakingMemories Instant Setter。

HANDMADE... HANDMADE... I love this word! That's mean what you see is 100% unique. Partly because you won't like to repeat the same design to produce a second one (as a designer)... and sometimes, it is more because you may not be able to find the same materials (if you are not buying all at once) for you to make a second one.

Anyhow, this is real HANdMADe with no instant embellishments ^^

As a gift order for a friend's wedding themed in grey & yellow, I am trying not to make the overall feel too dark in shade for its use as a wedding reception frame. But yellow is a very bright color. If using too much, somehow, I would say the design may not be as elegant as I want...

One way to get this done, I suddenly think of Effie Tower !! That would change everything to be so romantic even in a cloudly weather. Quite right?

Every single embellishment including the rosette, the Effie Tower and the cute hot air balloon are created bits by bits... with endless hours to look for the right cardstocks, ribbons, and patterns and color tones.

So now it's done. I love it! I hope the couple would love it as much as I do!

第一次被邀請上電視做訪問，雖然最終出街的片段將只得3分鐘... 不過，之前一晚都難免有點緊張。

不過，很好的是，兩位節目主持人 Miu Miu 和 阿政 都很 nice ，不但對於各手作品都很欣賞和感興趣，而且亦不忙教我如何面對鏡頭和保持自然....不需要錄影的時候，他們都會跟我傾吓計，所以整個錄影過程都好像過得很攪笑...沒有緊張的感覺。 而且主持人 Miu Miu 好靚呀....

阿政好像很喜歡個 gift box，還拿了相機拍照。 而 Miu Miu 對我新作 post card booklet (next workshop topic!) 很喜歡... 很開心呢... 因為發現大家都很喜歡那種懷舊味道!

YEs! This is what we designed for Penny & Sam's wedding. They like simple and clean design ... and we believe,

this new apple green and cream color combination is just so fresh and inspiring for their spring wedding!

The papers we used come from one of my favorite designs - Linen Closet glittered paper pad from DCVW. Mix and match with the paper flowers from KaiserCrafts and BazzillBasics, and glazed brads from BasicGrey, we hope to create a wonderful flower garden in this 9"x9" reception frame. Final touch is the two butterflies and branches made by MarthaStewart craft punches, and the diecut tags made by Slice.

album with your own choice of latest Valentine’s themed scrapbook
papers, rub-ons and stickers!

簡單精緻! 在這個情人節工作坊裏，您可學習使用 bone folder 以裝訂一
本別緻約6x6”大小的硬咭相簿，更可揀選喜歡的 scrapbook papers、
貼紙、轉印貼紙以豐富相簿設計。

Course materials include 1 no. 6x6” chipboard album, 6 nos. 12x12”
scrapbook papers, 1 no. sticker sheet, 1 no. rub-on sheet and some
heart-shaped brads.
