Tailor-Made Thank-You-Gift-Album
I hope I can receive something like this at my retirement!
With all the words and warm blessings collected from colleagues of different departments within the company, I arranged these message cards and group photos along each page of the accordion album.
Yet, unlike the albums we made in the past, I did something different this time. For not putting the message cards plainly on the pages (so boring, right?!), the cards are now swung from the album at the peak of the accordion. This makes the album look more three-dimensional, vibrant and eye-catching ^^ for it to be displayed at the farewell dinner.
To make the department names more stand-out from the background, heat embossing is a good way to show the words. Alphabet clear stamps are really helpful in this case for any words you want to add onto the album.
Both the color tones and the layout arrangement are quite different from my 'usual' style. But I am so happy to have tried something new and special. I wish this album has gathered all the good memories for the receiver as well as the colleagues who had a chance to work with her in the company.
